Each Galbert Paris creation is handmade to order in our Parisian workshop.

1. Production and Processing Time

Once your order is confirmed, the garment goes into production. This meticulous process takes approximately 10 working days , during which every detail is executed with the utmost care.

Once completed, your piece is checked, signed, and then prepared for shipment.

2. Shipping and Delivery

We offer international delivery via UPS OneExpress . Average delivery times are 5 to 9 business days, depending on the destination country.

• Standard delivery is free , with no minimum purchase required.

• Free DHL Express delivery is offered for all orders over €1000 .

3. Monitoring and Assurance

To guarantee the security of your shipment, each package benefits from real-time tracking and full insurance .

4. Return and Exchange Policy

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return or exchange.

Return conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and accompanied by their complete packaging.
