Shipping Policy

Every Galbert Paris creation is made by hand. Nothing is pulled from a shelf.

1. Production Time

Production begins the day your order is confirmed.

• Catalog creations: approximately 10 business days, during which every detail is executed with the utmost care.

• Bespoke commissions: 3 to 8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the pattern and the leather selected.

Once completed, your creation is checked, numbered, signed, and prepared for shipment.

2. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide with UPS OneExpress and DHL Express. You choose your carrier at checkout. Average delivery times are 5 to 9 business days, depending on the destination country.

• Standard delivery is free, with no minimum purchase.

• Express delivery is free on all orders over $1,000.

3. Tracking and Insurance

Every package ships with real-time tracking and full insurance.

4. Returns and Exchanges

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

Return conditions: creations must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with their complete packaging.
