Preamble

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") apply to all sales of products concluded on the website www.galbertparis.com (hereinafter the "Site").

The Site is operated by Visual Freedoms LLC , a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Delaware, USA, with its registered office at 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958, and operating under the brand "Galbert Paris".

The customer (hereinafter "the Customer") declares having read these Terms and Conditions before validating their order. Validation of the order therefore constitutes unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Article 1: Products The products offered for sale are those described on the Website. Galbert Paris takes the utmost care in the presentation and description of these products to best inform the Customer. However, errors or omissions may occur.

Article 2: Prices The prices of our products are indicated in US dollars ($), excluding shipping costs and excluding any sales tax, duties or import charges, which are calculated at checkout where applicable. The shipping costs are specified before order confirmation. Galbert Paris reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced based on the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 3: Ordering and Payment The Customer may place an order on the Website. The ordering process consists of several steps (shopping cart, identification, payment). Payment is due immediately upon ordering. The Customer may pay by credit card or any other method offered on the Website. Payments are secure. The sale will only be considered final after Galbert Paris sends the Customer an email confirming acceptance of the order and after full payment has been received.

Article 4: Delivery Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process. Delivery times, costs and methods are detailed on our "Shipping Policy" page.

Article 5: Right of Withdrawal Every Customer, wherever they are located, has 14 days from receipt of the product to withdraw from the sale, without having to give a reason or pay a penalty.

Article 6: Returns and Exchanges Galbert Paris offers a 14-day return and exchange policy, running from the date the Customer receives the order. The terms and conditions are detailed on our "Refund Policy" page.

Article 7: Warranty Each creation is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. A creation that does not conform to its description may be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or damage caused by improper care.

Article 8: Intellectual Property All elements of the Site (texts, images, logos, trademarks, etc.) are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Visual Freedoms LLC. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, or use in any way whatsoever, even partially, any elements of the Site without the express written permission of Galbert Paris.

Article 9: Liability Galbert Paris cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet network, including service interruptions, external intrusions or the presence of computer viruses.

Article 10: Personal Data Galbert Paris is committed to preserving the confidentiality of information provided by the Client. The processing of personal data is detailed in our "Privacy Policy" .

Article 11: Governing Law and Disputes These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable resolution. Any claim that cannot be resolved amicably will be brought before the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware. Nothing in this article deprives a Customer of any mandatory consumer protection right available to them under the law of their place of residence.
