The Janus - Mink and Python Fur Bomber Jacket
Fur has a direction. The mink is sorted by shade and by the way the hair lies, the pelts arranged so the color and the pile flow unbroken from one shoulder to the other, then dampened and nailed to the board in the exact shape of the pattern to set. Only then does the python come down the sleeve, its rows carried through the elbow without a break. Black on black, and the whole difference is in the touch: the fur lifts and settles as you move, the python stays flat and cool, and you feel the change at the shoulder seam before you see it.
