The Grand-Duc - Long Coat in Cashmere and Lynx Fur
Dense cashmere, cut long, with lynx at the collar. The coat is built from the shoulder down in a single unbroken line, the weight of the cloth pulling the hem straight, and the fur sits high enough to close against the jaw. The cashmere is soft and slightly springy under the hand; the lynx above it is long, tawny, and cool to the touch until it warms against the skin. A coat for the walk from the car to the door in January, and for the door to stay open a while.
