The River - Amazonian Pirarucu Leather Biker Jacket
Pirarucu on a biker cut, with metal zippers running through scales the size of a thumbnail. Théo Galbert places the skins so the rows follow the seams of the jacket, over the shoulder and down the sleeve, and the pattern reads as current rather than as accident. The leather is cool and faintly ridged under the hand, closer to river stone than to hide, and the zippers close with a heavy, definite snap. A jacket that carries water on its surface.
