Deep purple python, with amethyst surfacing in the scales wherever light reaches them. The jacket is fitted close so the color follows the line of the torso, and the rows run straight down the body and the arms. The skin is smooth and cool, faintly ridged at each scale edge, and the purple reads dark in shade and jewel-bright in sun. A jacket for the hour when the lights come on.
